• Use a mild, non-detergent cleanser, to gently clean your face in the morning, evening, and after heavy exercise. Cleansing more often than this will not help and can make acne worse.¹
• Don't scrub your face and don't use drying products (like astringents) since these can hurt the surface of the skin and make it more vulnerable to acne¹
• Don't pinch, pick, squeeze, or rub acne, as these actions also hurt the skin surface and may cause scarring
• Shave carefully to avoid nicking blemishes¹

Applying NeoBenz Micro⁴

• Apply NeoBenz Micro cream once or twice daily, after gentle cleansing of affected areas, or as directed by your doctor.

• Apply it to the entire acne-prone area, not just to the blemishes. NeoBenz Micro not only helps to clear the pimples you have, but also to prevent new acne pimples from forming.
• Apply the NeoBenz Micro and allow it to dry before applying any sunscreen, moisturizers, or cosmetics over it.
• Handle with care: NeoBenz Micro, like all benzoyl peroxide medications, can bleach hair and colored fabrics.
• If applying to entire face, apply a pea-sized amount of NeoBenz Micro to your fingertip and dab onto both cheeks, your forehead, and chin. Then spread evenly onto entire face, avoiding your eyes and corners of your mouth.

After Applying NeoBenz Micro

• Avoid the sun, and always use sunscreen when using NeoBenz Micro during the day ⁵
• If you experience skin irritation, reduce the amount of medication you use, or skip a day. If irritation persists, speak with your doctor.
• Only use cosmetics (e.g. moisturizers, makeup base) that are labeled "non-comedogenic," as these are made to prevent formation of closed pores that lead to acne. Moisturizers can relieve dry or irritated skin.⁵
