1. Hold one pouch with sponge facing upward.
2. Firmly press pouch between thumb & middle fingers, while squeezing contents upward toward sponge until seal between pouch and sponge has broken.
3. To apply: hold pouch near sponge, apply medication by rubbing sponge in small circular motions on affected area(s).
4. Continue to squeeze contents of pouch upward into sponge as you apply. The sponge absorbs enough medication to cover all affected areas of your face.

5. If you see white residue on skin after application, you are applying too much.
6. Dispose of each applicator after use.
7. Handle with care: benzoyl peroxide medications can bleach colored fabrics.
